Magnification of sea level surface water will create updrafts. Substantial pressure differentials will kick start the process of the separation of the oil from the water by way of updrafts. Given the fact oil is lighter than water, and provided, the method was timed in conjunction with a fast moving frontal boundary, the oil should rise in the upper atmosphere and vaporize in it’s decent via solar refraction…..in theory, if the entire process could be timed with consideration of 3 variables; (1) location of the oil mass, (2) position/speed/density of preceding frontal boundary, and (3) on-set persistent geomagnetic storm from an exciting CME (coronal mass ejection), the transfer of energy from should gravitate towards the geomagnetic field (strengthening the geomagnetic field).
The wildcard is the timing of the 3 variables. Looking towards June, planetary alignments will excite the current Solar Max.
